May 06, 2026"Found this hidden gem on Google on a rainy day looking for Hot chocolate drink. Was not busy late evening. We ordered hot chocolate with almond milk and some cinnamon on the top. It was one of the best hot chocolate I have had in Cdmx. The place is beautiful too, it has a bakery in the front with amazing delicacies. We did not try any of those , probably the next time we are here. Surely will visit soon !"

Service was amazing, the entire team is so attentive and offers you the best recommendations. Thank you to Isaac for making our experience extra special Food was also so delicious - I enjoyed having something more traditional than the usual bacon and eggs or pancakes. Overall a great experience !"

Every bite felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared, making it one of the best versions of this dish I’ve had in a long time. The eggs in chicharrón with avocado were just as impressive. The combination of textures and bold flavors really stood out, and the fresh avocado added the perfect touch. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in both quality and presentation. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Mar 05, 2026"Few places as good for a great breakfast experience. For many years, Matisse has managed to keep an intimate and yet popular image. Some things have changed of course, I guess due to its success, for example, the “conchas” now seem a little meh, when they used to be superb. Nevertheless it’s still an excellent place to spend a few hours with family or friends. Great coffee as well! Thanks to the team."
